STREAM -1 SERIES
STREAM-1 Series furniture range is a fixed system. Worktops will be fixed on cabinets and the Euro-style under bench cabinets are plinth mounted and does not require any framework.
The STREAM-1 series furniture range is a fixed system. Solid worktops are fixed on pedestal units. This system does not require any framework and suits permanent benching particularly with services.
This system is suitable for laboratories that face few and minor changes during their lifetime. Under bench cabinets can be used to support worktops, without need to use C’ or H-type frames.
Frameless cabinetry is sometimes called “full access” cabinetry because it offers greater accessibility by eliminating the face frame. This makes the cabinets seem larger and may make them more functional and easier to use
BONLAB STREAM- 1 series are most frequently used system in laboratories.
STREAM -2 SERIES
STREAM- 2 series is designed with hygiene in action, Worktops are supported on Metal H’ Frame (made of 30 / 40 mm square tubes) which provides easy cleaning of floors. This series is an ideal solution for hospitals or infection-control labs.
Al frames are welded to withstand high bearing loads, and also frames are epoxy powder coated for protection against chemical spills and corrosion.
Welding joints are easy cleanable and made with precision to avoid any possible contamination.
The frame works of furniture benches have fine-adjust leveling footing.
BONLAB STREAM- 2 series system can be reinforced or adapted for heavier load bearing purposes
STREAM -3 SERIES
STREAM-3 Series Suspended System has been designed for the laboratory that requires hygiene and constant cleaning. Cabinets are suspended underneath the worktop rather than resting on the floor, allowing easy cleaning underneath each unit
Each cabinet is mounted to a C-type or O-type frame system.
Sliding version of cabinets on the frames is available upon request.
Free space between cabinet and floor that makes floor cleaning process a lot easier
BONLAB STREAM- 3 series is the ideal solution for hospitals or infection control laboratories where it is essential that dirt, dust and other contaminates do not collect around and underneath laboratory furniture.
STREAM - 4 SERIES
The STREAM-4 under bench furniture series is a robust furniture system on braked castors that can easily be moved around your laboratory. Under bench units in this design are on castors and fully movable.
The configuration of furniture can be changed according to end user requirements by moving the under bench cabinets. Mobile cabinets are fitted with worktop and can be used as separate bench by combining few cabinets together. Front castors of each mobile units are with brake. Wheels are made of nylon wheels . Each wheel will carry 70kgs.
The frame works of furniture benches have fine-adjust leveling footing. BONLAB STREAM-4 series will provide quality and style to any space.
STREAM – 5 SERIES
STREAM-5 Series furniture range is an advanced form of cantilever frame systems in which the frame is firmly fixed to the floor or wall and the bottom part of bench is completely free for leg room which comforts to accommodate more users. The key for selecting right workbench is to properly define your needs.
Going for higher end will have its own advantages
STREAM 5 systems is suitable for laboratories that face few and minor changes during their lifetime. The complete unit is fixed to the wall or floor and under bench cabinets could be placed on wheels and movable.
BONLAB STREAM- 5 series are most suitable where more persons are working on the same bench, like in the universities or educational institutions.
LABORATORY ACCESSORIES
BALANCE TABLE – ANTI VIBRATION TABLE
A sensitive and precision measurement is influenced by insensible ambient vibration of the ground and the building. The low resonance frequency design of the anti -vibration table can reduce from low frequency vibration.
BONlab Anti vibration table structure is made of 100 x 50 x 2 mm thick MS tube epoxy powder coated with leveling feet to accommodate uneven surfaces and full size scratch resistant Granite slab mounted on shock absorbing rubber mount.
The working area of Granite top surface measures 900 x 750mm as standard which allows sufficient space for large balances.
Overall size: 900 x 750 x 900mm height

REAGENT RACKS
Reagent Rack is a reagent shelving rack with steel or aluminum frame structure mounted on worktop. It is equipped with glass or TRESPA platform for lab wares racking.
The rack height can be adjustable on our flexible aluminum systems. Number of racks and length could be designed according to the lab bench and end user requirement.
